Instellen van de waarschuwing dat de toner bijna op is
Als de toner in de cassette bijna op is, verschijnt er een waarschuwing op het scherm.
1. Voer het IP-adres van de printer in de browser in.
2. Selecteer Aanmelden en voer het ID (admin) en de Toegangscode (1111) in.
3. Selecteer Eigenschappen > Systeem > Instellingen.
4. Stel Toner bijna op in op Aan.
5. Voer een percentage voor het Toner bijna op-niveau in tussen 1 - 50%.
6. Selecteer Toepassen.
Instellen van e-mailkennisgevingen dat de toner bijna op is
1. Voer het IP-adres van de printer in de browser in.
2. Selecteer Aanmelden en voer het ID (admin) en de Toegangscode (1111) in.
3. Selecteer Apparaatinstellingen > E-mailwaarschuwing.
4. Selecteer Inschakelen bij E-mailwaarschuwing.
5. Selecteer Toevoegen.
6. Voer de Naam en e-mailadres(sen) van (een) ontvanger(s) in.
7. Selecteer Instelling voor Verbruiksartikelen.
8. Onder de waarschuwing dat een verbruiksartikel bijna op is, selecteert u een percentage voor het
Tonerniveau.
9. Selecteer Inschakelen bij Toner leeg, als dit nodig is.
10. Selecteer een percentage voor het niveau van de afdrukmodule waarop een kennisgeving moet
worden verzonden.
11. Selecteer Toepassen.
