Afdrukken nadat het afdrukresultaat is
gecontroleerd - Testafdrukken
Als er een vaste schijf aanwezig is of als er extra geheugen is toegevoegd, kunt u gebruik
van de functie voor testafdrukken maken.
Opmerking: De gegevens die op de RAM-schijf zijn opgeslagen, worden gewist wanneer de
printer wordt uitgeschakeld.
Informatie over testafdrukken
Testafdrukken is een functie waarmee u de afdrukgegevens van meerdere exemplaren in
het geheugen kunt opslaan, alleen de eerste set afdrukt om het resultaat te controleren,
en, als het resultaat goed is, de resterende exemplaren via het bedieningspaneel afdrukt.
Testafdrukgegevens die niet meer nodig zijn, kunnen via het bedieningspaneel worden
verwijderd. Zie Afdrukken via het bedieningspaneel op pagina 88.

te verwijderen.
Testafdrukken instellen
Het afdrukken van testafdrukken met het PCL- of PostScript-printerstuurprogramma werkt
als volgt.
Volg de stappen voor de testafdrukinstellingen op de computer en verzend de gegevens
naar de printer als ze gereed zijn om te worden afgedrukt. Vervolgens voert u de uitvoer-
procedure op de printer uit voor het afleveren van de afdrukken.
Afdrukken vanaf de computer
Opmerking: De RAM-schijf moet op beschikbaar zijn ingesteld. Deze instelling kunt u
vinden op het tabblad Opties als u het PCL-printerstuurprogramma gebruikt, of op het
tabblad Apparaatinstellingen als u het PostScript-printerstuurprogramma gebruikt. De
RAM-schijf moet ook via het bedieningspaneel zijn ingeschakeld. Zie
Opties inschakelen op
pagina 133 voor instructies over het inschakelen van opties.
1. Ga naar het menu Bestand en selecteer Afdrukken.
2. Klik met de rechtermuisknop op de printer en selecteer Voorkeuren of Eigenschappen.
3. Klik op het tabblad Papier/uitvoer.
4. Selecteer bij Taaktype de optie Te sta fdruk ken .
5. Klik op de knop Instellingen.
6. Typ uw gebruikersnaam in het veld Gebruikersnaam.
