Bild A: Schrauben Sie die sechs vormontierten Inbusschrauben (7) mit den Federringen (12) und den geboge-
nen Unterlegscheiben (13) von der Lenkersäule (10) heraus.
Bild B: Schieben Sie die Lenkersäulenverkleidung (105) vorsichtig auf die Lenkersäule (10) und führen Sie die
Lenkersäule (10) nahe an den Hauptrahmen (25) heran. Verbinden Sie das obere und untere
Erdungskabel (E) sowie das obere (89) und untere Computerkabel (90) miteinander.
3. Montage der Lenkersäule
Bild C: Schieben Sie die Lenkersäule (10) auf den
Hauptrahmen (25).
Anschließend fixieren Sie die Lenkersäule (10)
mit den sechs Inbusschrauben (7), den sechs
Federringen (12) und sechs Unterlegscheiben
(13) fest am Hauptrahmen (25).
Schieben Sie die Lenkersäulenverkleidung (105)
in die Endposition.
1. Achten Sie auf eine ordentliche und feste Kabelverbindung, da ansonsten keine Signalübertragung
zum Computer (1) erfolgt. Die Kabelverbindung muss sich an der Rahmeninnenseite befinden und
darf nicht darüber hinaus stehen, da ansonsten die Kabel beim Einschieben beschädigt werden
könnten.
2. Sollte Ihnen die Lenkersäule (10) nicht gerade vorkommen, lösen Sie bitte die Inbusschrauben (7)
etwas, richten die Lenkersäule gerade aus und ziehen anschließend die Inbusschrauben (7) wieder
fest an.
3. Eine gerade Lenkersäule ist für die problemlose Montage der Schwungstangen notwendig.
