5.4. Setting the LED lighting
There are 4 white LED lights next to the camera lens at the tip of the Inspection Camera tube to
enable the area around the camera to be lit. These LEDs can be set to a total of 7 brightness levels.
On switching the camera on, the highest brightness level is always set. Pressing the button will
gradually reduce the brightness until the LEDs are switched o completely. Continue pressing the
button to gradually set the brightness higher again.
5.5. Setting the monitor brightness
The monitor image can be gradually brightened or darkened. On switching the Inspection Camera
on, a medium brightness level is set. Press the button to increase the monitor brightness. Once
the highest brightness level has been reached, continuing to press the key will reduce the
brightness again. From the lowest level the brightness will then be increased again. In total, there
are 10 brightness levels available for the monitor.
5.6. Using attachments
The Inspection Camera is supplied with three attachments to help you use various functions. With
them you can, for example, get into areas that are dicult to reach in smaller objects or widen the
viewing angle.
As long as they are magnetic, metal objects can be picked up with the magnet attachment.
The recovery hook attachment helps you to grip objects with a small metal hook.
With the help of the mirror attachment, you can cover areas that cannot be reached directly with the
camera head.

attachment over the camera head until the holder sits on the slot present. Lock the holding ring by
pressing the hook together.
5.7. Aiming the camera
Before using your Inspection Camera you should bring the camera head into a suitable position. To
do that, you can bend the gooseneck of the camera in any direction at will. You can also twist the
gooseneck to align the camera correctly with regard to the monitor.
The camera head and the gooseneck are watertight up to a depth of one metre. The camera
module, on the other hand, is merely splash-proof.
