Om een Uitgebreide voorwaarde toe te voegen, gaat u naar Geavanceerd>Invoegen
opdracht>Uitgebreide voorwaarde. In het volgend scherm kan u de voorwaarden van de voorwaarde
ingeven.
1. Linkse operand: het veld dat u wilt controleren
2. Operator: (zie Operatoren)
3. Rechtse operand: hetgeen waartegen u wilt controleren
4. Invoerwaarde indien waar: indien de voorwaarde voldaan is, dan gebruiken we dit
onderdeel
5. Invoerwaarde indien niet-waar: indien de voorwaarde niet voldaan is, dan gebruiken we
dit onderdeel
6. Variabele: selecteer hier de gewenste variabele
7. Formaat: u kan de gekozen variabele een bepaald formaat meegeven (vb. datum in lange
of korte notatie, tekst in hoofd-/kleine letters, ...)
8. Aangepaste waarde: vul hier uw vaste tekst in

Tekstblok
Tekstblokken hebben één belangrijk doel en dat is om repetitieve acties te bundelen op 1
centrale plaats. Het beste voorbeeld hiervoor is de opbouw van een brief. De adressering,
aanspreking, referenties en slot moeten in een brief altijd op dezelfde plaats komen. Wanneer
we dit voor elk model apart configureren en er moet later iets worden aangepast, dan zou u dit
voor élk model moeten aanpassen. Daarom bundelen we deze gegevens in een tekstblok
(N_BRIEF & N_SLOT). Zo blijft het model overzichtelijk (alle code wordt vervangen door een
simpele verwijzing naar een tekstblok) en moet u maar op 1 plaats wijzigingen uitvoeren.
