Het menu bevat de volgende opties:

• Nieuw. Met deze optie kunt u een nieuwe rekening aanmaken.

• Bewerken. Met deze optie kunt u de geselecteerde rekening bewerken.

• Verwijderen. Met deze optie kunt u de geselecteerde rekening verwijderen. Rekening

die in gebruik zijn, kunnen niet worden verwijderd.

• Afdrukken. Deze optie opent de rapportweergave om het rekeningschema af te

drukken.

• Alleen niet gebruikte weergeven / Alles weergeven. Deze optie wisselt tussen weergave

van alleen de niet gebruikte rekeningen of alle rekeningen.

Journalen

Kleos beheert verschillende rekeningjournalen. Elk hiervan is intern verbonden met de

bijbehorende rekeningen. Indien nodig is het mogelijk extra journalen te definiëren.

Het menu bevat de volgende opties:

• Nieuw. Met deze optie kunt u een nieuw journaal aanmaken.

• Bewerken. Met deze optie kunt u de naam van het geselecteerde journaal veranderen.

• Verwijderen. Met deze optie kunt u het geselecteerde journaal verwijderen. Sommige

journalen zijn vereist voor de boekhoudsystemen en kunnen niet worden verwijderd.
