Het menu bevat de volgende opties:

• Toevoegen. Met deze optie kunt u een nieuwe map aanmaken. De nieuwe map wordt

opgeslagen in de geselecteerde map. Om een nieuwe map aan te maken op het hoogste

niveau van de hiërarchie, moet u de map Documenten selecteren.

• Bewerken. Met deze optie kunt u de naam van de geselecteerde map bewerken.

• Verwijderen. Met deze optie kunt u de geselecteerde map verwijderen. Alle submappen

die zijn gedefinieerd in de geselecteerde map, worden eveneens verwijderd.

Soorten activiteiten

Een activiteit is een specifieke taak die mogelijk kan worden gefactureerd aan een cliënt.

Activiteiten behoren tot een bepaald activiteitstype. Elk activiteitstype kan verschillende

facturatieonderdelen bevatten. Zo kan een vertegenwoordigingsactiviteit bestaan uit een

professioneel honorarium en verschillende onkosten (reiskosten, hotel en lunches).
