Standaard worden er een DPA-activiteit en facturatie-item aangemaakt door Kleos. De eigenaar

van de activiteit is het kantoorlid dat op Kleos is ingelogd. De activiteitsdatum is de datum

waarop de activiteit gecreëerd werd.

Configuratie voor DPA-diensten

De 'Office Key' (kantoorsleutel) wordt ingesteld bij de configuratie van de algemene instellingen

(Configuratie > Algemeen> Algemene instellingen > DPA).

De URL van de DPA-website wordt weergegeven om het voor u eenvoudiger te maken om de

'Office Key' te verkrijgen.

Autorisatie voor DPA-diensten

Alle advocaten hebben toegang tot het DIPLAD-platform. Binnen het advocatenkantoor kan de

advocaat deze toegang echter delegeren aan andere medewerkers, maar alleen aan

geselecteerde kantoorleden. Hiertoe is er dan ook een specifieke autorisatie voorzien om

toegang te kunnen verlenen tot de DPA-functies in Kleos en dat naar rato van één autorisatie

per soort van dienst: Rijksregister, CBB en Graydon
