1. The oven must be in STANDBY MODE. In STANDBY MODE, the display indicates
the time / system time and the indicator « TIME / SYSTEM TIME » is on.
2. Press the button « TIMER / PARAMETER » to activate the setting of the TIMER.
3. The hour value of the time indicator « » flashes, the minute value « » is
on continuously. The indicator of the TIMER « » goes on and the
corresponding indicator « » flashes.
4. Turn the rotary knob « OVEN TEMPERATURE / TIME » to set the hour value
(0 - 23) of the TIMER. Please note that the appliance is equipped with a 24-hour
display.
5. If the desired hour value is displayed, press the button « TIMER /PARAMETER »
again to change to the minute setting.
6. The minute value of the time indicator « » flashes and the hour value « »
is on continuously.
7. Turn the rotary knob « OVEN TEMPERATURE / TIME » to set the minute value
(0 - 59) of the TIMER.
8. If the desired minute value is displayed, press the button « START » to confirm
the set countdown time
9. The countdown starts; the decimal point symbol flashes, the indicator of the
TIMER « » is on and the corresponding indicator « » goes off.
10. When the set countdown time has elapsed, an acoustic signal sounds once per
second and the indicator of the TIMER « » flashes.
11. After approx. 1 minute the acoustic signal stops automatically. You can switch
off the acoustic and visual signal (« ») as well by pressing any button on the
display.
The indicator of the TIMER « » is on continuously so long as the countdown
is working. After the countdown time has elapsed, the indicator flashes.
WARNING When using the TIMER in countdown mode, the oven will
not be switched off automatically after the selected period of time has
elapsed.
