14. Garantie
De Beperkte Fabrikantgarantie van Ambiance Technology
(AT-Telecom) voor mobiele apparatuur, verkocht in de
Europese Unie, is geldig vanaf 1 januari 2007.
BEPERKTE FABRIEKSGARANTIE
LET OP! Deze Beperkte Garantie heeft geen effect op uw
legale (wettelijke) rechten volgens de nationale wetten van
toepassing betreffende verkoop van consumentenproducten.
Ambiance Technology B.V. (“AT”) verstrekt deze Beperkte
Garantie aan u die het (de) “AT” product(en) heeft
aangeschaft inbegrepen in de verkoopverpakking (“het
Product”).
“AT” garandeert u dat tijdens de garantieperiode “AT” of
een door “AT” geautoriseerd servicecentrum in een
commercieel verantwoorde tijd de defecten in materialen en
ontwerp gratis zal verhelpen d.m.v. reparatie of mocht: “AT”
volgens haar beleid dit nodig achten, vervanging van het
Product conform deze Beperkte Garantie (tenzij anders
wettelijk verplicht). Deze Beperkte Garantie is uitsluitend
geldig en van toepassing in het land waar u het Product
heeft aangeschaft, vooropgesteld dat “AT” voornemens was
het Product in dat land te verkopen. Als u het Product
echter aangeschaft hebt in een lidstaat van de Europese Unie
