Maintenance
Remove spark plug/mains plug cap before attemting any
work to the unit.
Clean the unit thoroughly with a brush after each use. Do not
spray with water. Store unit in a dry room.
We recommend
Allow a WOLF-service centre to check the unit in the
autumn.
Operation
Adjust operating depth (Fig. B)
Only with motor switched off and non-mowing aeriating roller.
The operating depth must be adjusted to the corresponding
grass and ground conditions.
Move operating lever towards front (Fig. B, 1).
Adjust operating depth with turn handle to the desired depth (+).
Aeriating test:
- Pull operating lever up again.
- Start tool (Fig. C).
- Push operating lever slowly forward (Fig. D).
- Move tool slowly into operating direction.
- On hearing stones being hit or blocking of the motor imme-
diately switch off tool.
- Turn rotating handle 1–2 rotations towards the left () - (One
revolution corresponds to 1,5 mm.)
- Start aeriating test again.
When used regularly the aeriating depth may be adjusted
according to the wear of the blade (+).
Recommended working heights
well kept lawns with stone-free, soft ground
Set tool exactly to ground height
stony, untidy lawns
• Set tool to ground height
• Increase working height if stones are thrown up
unkempt, extremely mossy lawns
• Start with a high working height
• Do not overload appliance (increase working height if motor
blocks)
• Cut vertically and crossways several times
• Re-sow with WOLF >>Loretta<< lawn seeds
Attach grassbox* (Fig. F)
Lift protective ap, hook grassbox with the hooks provided into
the holes in the chassis (see arrow), reattach protective ap.
*Grassbox TK-VV 3632 060 - (accessory, available at
additional cost)
Starting up the engine/Scarifying
1. Depress button (Fig. C, 1) and hold.
2. Lift up bar (Fig. C, 2) and release button (Fig. C, 1).
3. Place lever (Fig. D) slowly into forward position.
4. Switch-off motor: Release bar (Fig. C, 2).
Important: Place the cable rmly off the lawn or on the
already cut side of the lawn when starting to mow.
Turning (UV 32 EV, UV 34 E)
The cable relief holder enables you to move the cable from
one side of the handle frame to the other. Thus you ensure
that the cable always trails on the ride of the lawn already cut
– and not in front of the machine (Fig. E).
Operating times
Please check noise abatement regulations prevailing in your
country.
Connecting to the mains (230 Volts, A.C., 50 Hz)
The mower operates from any normal household mains
supply, provided with a 16 Amps. fuse.
Note: Use a residual current device (RCD) rated for a
residual current not greater than 30 mA.
Inserting power cable into cable holder (Fig. A)
Insert the power cord into the strain relief as shown in the
illustration.
