Condiiile garaniei
V rugm s pstrai cu grij certificatul de
garanie completat de vânztor, respectiv
chitana cumprrii.
Pe durata a 2 ani dup data cumprrii firma
WOLF-Garten acord garanie corespunztoare
cu stadiul respectiv al tehnicii i scopul utilizrii/
domeniul de utilizare. Drepturile legale ale
consumatorului final nu sunt influenate de liniile
directoare de mai jos ale garaniei.
Premise pentru a avea dreptul la o garanie
de 2 ani:
- Utilizarea utilajului exclusiv pentru uz privat.
Pentru domeniul profesional sau pentru
închiriere garania se reduce la 12 luni.
- Utilizarea corespunztoare i respectarea
tuturor indicaiilor din instruciunile de
folosire, care este component a garaniei.
- Respectarea intervalelor prescrise pentru
lucrrile de întreinere.
- Nici o modificare constructiv fcut din
proprie iniiativ.
- Montarea de piese de schimb i accesorii
WOLF originale.
- Prezentarea certificatului de garanie
completat i/sau a dovezii cumprrii.
Garania nu cuprinde uzura normal a
acumulatorilor, cuitelor, pieselor de fi xare a
cuitului, precum discuri de friciune, curea de
transmisie trapezoidal, sau dinat,
roi/cauciucuri, fi ltru de aer, bujii i techere
pentru bujii. În cazul reparaiilor neautorizate se
stinge automat orice drept de garanie.
Defectele i deficiene care intervin i ale cror
cauze sunt defecte de material sau de execuie,
vor fi înlturate exclusiv prin atelierele autorizate
de ctre noi aflate în apropierea dv. (vânztorul
are dreptul de a remedia defectele), sau dac se
afl mai aproape, de ctre fabricant. Sunt
excluse preteniile din afara limitelor garaniei.
Nu exist obligaia de a livra piese de schimb.
Orice deteriorri din timpul transportului nu
trebuie s ne fie comunicate nou, ci
transportatorului care a efectuat transportul,
pentru c în caz contrar se pierde dreptul de a
solicita de la respectiva firm înlocuirea.
