En general
1 ¡Atención! Cuchillas se mueven en contrasentido
Antes de cualquier operación de mantenimiento y limpieza:
z En ningún caso debe activar los interruptores (1) (2).
z Nunca toque las cuchillas en movimiento.
Guardar
z Asegúrese que la cizalla a batería esté fuera del alcance de los
niños.
z Siempre coloque la funda protectora de las cuchillas cuando
transporte o guarde el aparato.
z Antes de períodos prolongados de desuso, p. e. antes de guar-
dar el aparato durante el invierno, debe recargarse la batería de
litio-ion.
z Guarde la cizalla a batería en un lugar seco y sin heladas.
Limpieza
z Limpie la cizalla a batería después de cada uso con un paño
seco o cepillo, si está muy ensuciada.
z Limpie y engrase el engranaje al final de la temporada de jardi-
nería (véase "Limpiar o recambiar las cuchillas").
z Nunca debe aplicar agua a presión a la cizalla a batería.
Limpiar o recambiar las cuchillas
3 En general, las cuchillas no se afilan, sino que se recam-
bian.
1. Apriete la detención hacia abajo (1) y saque el patín tirando
de él hacia atrás (2).
2. Retire las cuchillos de la cizalla a batería.
3. Engrase el anillo de plástico de las cuchillas con vaselina.
4. Limpie las zonas visibles del engranaje y engráselo igualmente.
5. Fije las cuchillas sobre la cubierta del engranaje .
6. Haga deslizar el patín sobre la cizalla a batería hasta que en-
ganche la detención
(las cuchillas se enganchan au-
tomáticamente en el engranaje).
