Der Betreiber ist verpflichtet, sich vor Inbetriebnahme des wodtke Kaminofens anhand der

Bedienungsanleitung über die Besonderheiten der Feuerstätte und die geeigneten Brenn-

stoffe zu informieren.

Grundsätzlich kann der Kaminofen erst in Betrieb genommen werden, wenn der zuständige

Bezirksschornsteinfeger die Betriebserlaubnis erteilt hat. Die jeweils gültigen technischen

Regeln und die jeweils gültigen länderspezifischen Vorschriften (z.B. Landesbauordnungen,

FeuVO etc.) sind zu beachten.
