In the case of complaint please return the product with the guarantee voucher
(at the back of the leaflet) to your retailer.
Some Background Information
Far Eastern cuisine has a wide range of fats and delicious oils available for cooking
in a wok.
Coconut oil: neutral taste, heats up well
Peanut oil: neutral, ideal for deep frying
Sesame oil: clear, made of hulled seeds made from toasted seeds it is
golden amber coloured, has an intense flavour, use sparingly.
Not suitable for deep frying
Mustard oil: made from white or black seeds. Depending on source, more
or less hot
