Limpieza
Desconecte el cable de red eléctrica y deje que el aparato se enfríe.
No sumerja el aparato en agua, sino frote su exterior con un trapo
húmedo al que ha agregado una pequeña cantidad de detergente
lavavajillas.
Limpie el filtro bajo agua corriente o en el lavavajillas. Enjuague el
interior de la jarra únicamente con agua caliente después de cada uso.
De ninguna manera deberá meter la misma al lavavajillas. Si después
de un tiempo prolongado se han formado incrustaciones en la jarra,
podrá eliminar las mismas cuidadosamente usando una tableta de
limpieza de dentadura postiza: rellene agua, agregue la tableta y deje
que haga efecto durante varias horas. A continuación, enjuague la
jarra varias veces.
No utilice productos de limpieza cáusticos o abrasivos.
Descalcificación
Las incrustaciones de cal causan pérdidas de energía y reducen la vida
útil del aparato. El mismo se apagará antes de tiempo si la capa de
cal es demasiado gruesa. Entonces, ya será muy difícil eliminarla. Por
ello, descalcificar periódicamente, pero a más tardar si el periodo de
escaldado se prolonga considerablemente o al producirse más ruidos.
Las indicaciones siguientes son valores de orientación que se refieren al
uso doméstico diario:
