Indicaciones de manejo
Con el termómetro podrá preparar
perfectamente sus biss en la
parrilla, la sartén o el horno, sea
cual sea la manera que prefiera.
Lleva un indicador con tres niveles
de punto de coccn:
Rare: crujiente por fuera, crudo
por dentro
Medium: carne rosada por dentro
Well-done: muy hecho
Verá que ha alcanzado el nivel de
cocción cuando el indicador esté
sobre la línea marcada. Para estar
seguro de que el indicador marque
bien, introduzca el pincho unos 4 cm
(al menos dos tercios de su longitud)
a un lado de la carne. Si los trozos
son grandes, también puede intro-
ducir el termetro por arriba. Para
conseguir un buen resultado de
medición, espere unos 20 segundos.
