Probleem Oorzaak Oplossing
Het schuim van de koffie is
licht van kleur (de koffie loopt
te snel uit de uitlopen).
De gemalen koffie is niet
voldoende aangedrukt.
Druk de gemalen koffie sterker
aan.
Te weinig gemalen koffie. Gebruik meer gemalen espres-
sokoffie.
De gemalen espressokoffie is
te grof gemalen.
Gebruik alleen gemalen espres-
sokoffie die geschikt is voor
espressomachines.
De gemalen espressokoffie
heeft niet de juiste kwaliteit.
Gebruik gemalen espressokoffie
van een andere kwaliteit.

koffieapparaat en de toetsen
voor 1 en 2 kopjes knipperen
gedurende een paar seconden.
Geen water in het reservoir. Vul het waterreservoir.
Het waterreservoir is niet goed
geplaatst en de ventielen op de
bodem zijn niet geopend.
Druk het waterreservoir lichtjes
aan, zodat de ventielen op de
bodem opengaan.
Het filterbakje is verstopt. Reinig het filterbakje zoals
beschreven onder het kopje
“Het filterbakje reinigen”.
Kalk in de waterkringloop. Voer de ontkalking uit zoals
beschreven onder het kopje
“Ontkalken”.
Het koffieapparaat werkt niet en alle controlelampjes knipperen
rood.
Ontkoppel het apparaat
onmiddellijk van het stroomnet
en neem contact op met een
geautoriseerde klantenservice.
Het apparaat voldoet aan de Europese richtlijnen 2014/35/EG, 2014/30/EG en
2009/125/EG.
Dit product mag aan het einde van zijn levensduur niet met het gewone huishou-
delijke afval worden afgevoerd, maar moet in een verzamelpunt voor recycling
van elektrische en elektronische apparaten worden afgegeven.
De materialen zijn geschikt voor hergebruik naargelang hun markering. Door
het aanbieden voor hergebruik, de verwerking van materialen of andere vormen
van verwerking van oude apparaten, levert u een belangrijke bijdrage aan de
bescherming van ons milieu.
Vraag informatie aan uw gemeentelijke instantie over het verzamelpunt voor
afval.
De verwijdering van eventueel aanwezige persoonlijke gegevens op de af te
voeren oude apparaten moet door de eindgebruiker onder eigen verantwoorde-
lijkheid worden uitgevoerd.
