The WMF Simmer Pan is ideal for anything that needs delicate preparation and must
not be cooked over direct heat. It works on the principle of a bain-marie. In the
outer pan the water is heated up and the food is cooked in the inner pan. This
means milk cannot get burnt and your zabaglione will not curdle.

Instructions for use
Fill the pan with milk 1/3 full and on the hob heat up to over 60 °Cdo not boil!
Remove the pan from the hob and put the lid with the plunger in place.
Hold the lid steady with the lid handle and quickly move the plunger up and down
for 15 – 20 seconds.
Wait for a few seconds for the frothed milk to settle.
Pour the milk froth onto the cup of coffee or Espresso.
