Naarmuuntumiselle herkkää pintaa ei saa missään nimessä käsitellä terävillä esineillä.
Uuden laitteen ensikäyttöönoton yhteydessä voi ilmetä hieman hajua ja savua. Sille on tekninen syy
eikä huoleen ole syytä.
Grillausajat
Grillattava ruoka tulee jakaa tarpeeksi pieniksi, enintään 3 cm paksuiksi osiksi. Mausta liha ennen
grillausta, mutta suolaa se vasta sen jälkeen, että lihasta poistuu vähemmän mehua. Parhaita
grillattavia ovat pienet makkarat, mureat pihvit, lihamureke, fleischkäse tai kala. Tomaatit, munakoiso
ja ananas ovat viipaleiksi leikattuina erittäin helppoja valmistaa ja erityisen maukkaita.
Tee paksuihin nakkeihin reikiä ennen grillausta, jotta vältät rasvan roiskumisen. Kypsennysaika
riippuu grillattavan ruoan tyypistä ja paksuudesta. Lihaa tai muita ruokalajeja ei saa koskaan leikata
parilalevyllä.
Grillausajat ja lämpötila-asetukset ovat riippuvaisia kustakin grillattavasta ruoasta ja omasta mausta,
siksi seuraavat arvot ovat vain suuntaa-antavia. Vinkki: Ilmoitetut ajat perustuvat pelkkään grillaus-/
kypsennysaikaan ilman lämmitysaikaa.
