Træk stikket ud af stikkontakten, og lad apparatet køle af.
Rengør den vendbare grillplade i lunkent vand med lidt opvaskemiddel ved hjælp
af en opvaskebørste.
Brug ikke skuremiddel, metalsvamp eller ovnrens.
De små pander og racletteredskaberne kan nemt rengøres i opvaskemaskine.
Selve apparatet må aldrig dyppes i vand eller rengøres med vand. Apparatet tørres
af med en fugtig klud med lidt opvaskemiddel og tørres efter med en tør klud.

Klassisk raclette
600 g racletteost
8 store pillekartofler
Små syltede agurker (cornichons)
Perleløg
Osten skæres i 5 mm tykke skiver og smeltes i portioner i de små pander i
apparatet.
De smeltede portioner spises sammen med de ved bordet pillede kartofler, de små
syltede agurker (cornichons) og sølvløg. Drys friskmalet peber over osten.
Hawaii-raclette
6 skiver mini-ananas
300 g racletteost
150 g champignoner
400 g kalkunschnitzel
1,5 spiseskefuld olivenolie
2 spiseskefuld sojasauce
1 spiseskefuld karry
Skær kalkunschnitzlerne i tynde strimler. Kalkunstrimlerne marineres i olivenolie,
sojasauce og karry og grilles derefter på den vendbare grillplade.
Ananas og champignoner skæres i små stykker, lægges i en af de små pander og
tilberedes med ost i racletten.
Vegetarisk raclette
8 store pillekartofler
150 g paprika
250 g tomater
300 g racletteost
Timian
Hvidløg
Paprikapulver (mild)
Lad pillekartoflerne køle af, og gnub dem groft. Kom tomater kortvarigt i kogende
vand, afkøl dem med kold vand, og fjern skindet. Skær paprika og tomater i små
stykker. Bland kartofler, paprika og tomater, tilsæt timian og hvidløg efter behag.
Kom massen i en af de små pander, og tilbered med ost i racletten.
