Sie haben beim Einschalten des Systems den
Cut-Off Bremshebel gezogen. Bitte schalten
Sie das System aus und wieder ein, ohne den
Cut-Off Bremshebel zu ziehen. Danach sollte
der Errorcode 6 verschwunden sein.
Überprüfen Sie den Geschwindigkeitssensor
am Hinterrad. Möglicherweise ist der Sensor
verrutscht, beschädigt oder verschmutzt.
Der Abstand zwischen Sensor und Magnet
darf dabei 5mm nicht überschreiten!
Grund hierfür ist unter Umständen, dass der
Tretlagersensor bei zu langsamen Pedalieren
zu wenig Impulse empfängt und er daher die
Motorunterstützung eingestellt.
Schalten Sie aufgrunddessen bei Bedarf in
einen kleineren Gang, damit Sie eine höhere
Pedalfrequenz erreichen. Sollte das Problem
weiter bestehen, kontaktieren Sie bitte Ihren
Fachhändler für ein Software-Update!
Mein Pedelec hat
keine Motorunterstützung mehr
