GARANZIA LIMITATA DEL PRODOTTO

GARANZIA LIMITATA DEI PURIFICATORI D’ARIA WINIX FRESHOME™
Garanzia limitata: Winix garantisce che le componenti della macchina sono esenti da difetti a livello di materiali
e manodopera e offre assistenza e supporto per due (2) anni a partire dalla data d’acquisto da parte del
consumatore originale per i modelli WACP150, WACP300 e WACP450.
Qualora si riscontri che una delle componenti è difettosa entro il periodo coperto dalla garanzia, l’unica esclusiva
soluzione sarà la riparazione o la sostituzione, a scelta e a spese di Winix, della componente difettosa.
Questa garanzia non si applica in caso di abuso, errata gestione, mancato rispetto degli standard d’uso del
prodotto, funzionamento con un’alimentazione errata (diversa rispetto a quella indicata sull’etichetta) o riparazioni
non autorizzate.
Winix si riserva il diritto di addebitare ai consumatori gli eventuali costi sostenuti da Winix stessa per la fornitura di
componenti o servizi al di fuori del paese in cui il purificatore d’aria è stato inizialmente venduto da un rivenditore
autorizzato. Questa garanzia non comprende i filtri sostituibili del purificatore d’aria, che sono invece una
componente di consumo che si può usurare con l’uso prima della scadenza della garanzia.
LE EVENTUALI GARANZIE IMPLICITE, COMPRESE QUELLA DI COMMERCIABILITÀ O IDONEITÀ PER UN FINE
SPECIFICO, SONO COL PRESENTE DOCUMENTO LIMITATE, A LIVELLO DI DURATA, AL PERIODO
DI GARANZIA ADEGUATO SOPRA DELINEATO.
Winix non sarà in alcun caso responsabile di eventuali danni consequenziali o incidentali attribuibili al presente
prodotto.
Questa garanzia conferisce all’utente diritti legali specifici. La durata, i termini e le condizioni della presente
garanzia sono validi a livello mondiale, eccetto nel caso in cui limitazioni, restrizioni e condizioni diverse possano
venire richieste dalla legge locale.
