DETECCIÓN Y RESOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS
Si este aparato electrodoméstico deja de funcionar, puede buscar la causa de
ello del modo siguiente. Si el problema persiste, póngase en contacto con el
distribuidor o con un taller de servicio autorizado.
Problema Causas posibles Solución
El molinillo
de café no
funciona al
conectar el
interruptor de
encendido.
El enchufe no se ha
conectado correctamente en
la toma.
Conecte el enchufe
correctamente en la toma.
La tensión del suministro
eléctrico no corresponde
con la especicada para este
aparato.
Compruebe que el
suministro eléctrico sea de
220-240 V
El depósito de granos
no se ha introducido
correctamente ni se ha
ajustado el nivel de molido
(señala «OFF»).
Vuelva a colocar el depósito
de granos de café y ajuste el
nivel de molido girándolo a
la derecha.
El depósito para el café
recién molido no se ha
introducido correctamente.
Introduzca el depósito de
café recién molido en la
posición correcta.
El temporizador de molido
no se ha ajustado (señala
«0»).
Gire el botón del
temporizador para ajustar el
tiempo de molido.
El motor se detiene debido a
una sobrecarga.
Póngase en contacto con
su distribuidor o con un
técnico para la reparación o
sustitución de este aparato
electrodoméstico.
Sonido agudo,
los granos no
se introducen
en el aparato;
no produce
café molido.
El molinillo se ha atascado. Desconecte el aparato
electrodoméstico y saque
los granos de café del
depósito. Compruebe si se
ha mezclado alguna materia
dura con los granos de café
y si se ha dañado algún
componente.
