Når du vakuumpakker noget med skarpe kanter (tør spaghetti, sølvtøj osv.),
kan du beskytte posen mod punktering ved at pakke indholdet ind i blødt
materiale som fx køkkenrulle. Du kan evt. bruge en beholder i stedet for en
pose.
Når du bruger tilbehør, skal du huske at efterlade 2,5 cm plads i toppen af
beholderen.
Frys frugt, og blanchér grøntsager inden vakuumpakning for at opnå det
bedste resultat.
Vi anbefaler intervaller på 40 sekunder mellem hver forsegling eller
vakuumpakning.
Hvis du er usikker på, om din pose er forseglet ordentligt, kan du forsegle
den en gang mere.
FEJLFINDING
Der sker ikke noget, når du forsøger at vakuumpakke:
Kontroller, om ledningen er sat rigtigt i stikket.
Kontroller, om ledningen er beskadiget.
Kontroller, om stikkontakten fungerer ved at tilslutte et andet apparat.
Låsehagerne skal være i låst position.
Posen skal placeres rigtigt i vakuumkanalen.
Lad apparatet køle ned i 40 sekunder, inden du bruger det igen.
Bemærk: For at undgå overophedning af apparatet skal de have lov at køle af i
40 sekunder, inden det bruges igen, lad låget stå åbent.
Der er stadig luft i posen efter vakuumpakning:
Posens åbning skal placeres helt inde i vakuumkanalen.
Undersøg, om der er hul i posen. Forsegl posen med luft, nedsænk den
derefter i vand, og tryk på den, bobler angiver et hul, brug en ny pose, hvis
der kommer bobler.
En fold i posen langs forseglingen kan medføre lækage og give luft
mulighed for at trænge ind, skær posen op, og forsegl den igen.
Forsøg ikke at lave dine egne sidesømme, da poserne er fremstillet med
specielle sidesømme, der er forseglet hele vejen til den yderste kant. Hvis
du laver dine egne sidesømme, kan der opstå lækage og trænge luft ind.
