ne, før første gangs stegning.
PÅFYLDNING AF KRUMKAGEDEJ
1. Luk krumkagejernet, mens det varmer op.
2. Indikatorlampen lyser rødt. Når det grønne lys tændes, er krumkagejernet
klar.
3. Åbn låget og fyld en dyb spiseskefuld dej på midten af pladen. Luk låget.
4. Når den grønne indikatorlampe stopper, lyser den røde indikatorlampe. Ef-
ter et par minutter lyser den grønne indikator igen, og krumkagen er færdig.
5. Hvis du synes, at krumkagen er for lys eller for mørk, skal du justere ter-
mostaten i overensstemmelse hermed.
Ved hjælp af en kræmmerhusform kan du lave sprøde krumkager.
Krumkagerne skal rulles rundt om keglen, mens den stadig er varm. Du kan
også forme krumkagen over en kop og servere den med noget lækkert i.
OPSKRIFT
Laver ca. 14 krumkager
2 æg, der vejes
Vej lige store dele mel, sukker og flydende margarine / blødgjort smør.
(Hvis de to æg i alt vejer 125 g, vej 125 g mel, 125 g sukker og 125 g smør)
1 spsk vand pr. Æg
1 tsk kardemomme
Pisk ægget og sukkeret, indtil det er hvidt.
Tilsæt smeltet smør, mel, kardemomme og vand. Rør sammen.
Hvis dejen er for tyk, kan du justere den med vand.
Sæt 1 dynget spiseskefuld dej i krumkagejernet.
