IFYLLING AV KRUMKAKEDEIG
1. Lukk krumkakejernet mens det varmes opp.
2. Indikatorlyset rundt termostatknappen lyser rødt. Når det grønne indikatorlyset
lyser er jernet klart til steking.
3. Åpne jernet og ha 1 toppet ss røre i midten av platen. Lukk igjen jernet.
4. Når det grønne indikatorlyset slutter å lyse, tennes et rødt lys. Etter noen
minutter tennes det grønne lyset igjen, og kaken er ferdig.
5. Dersom man synes kaken er for lys eller for mørk, juster termostaten.
Ved hjelp av en krumkakepinne lager du fine kjegleformede krumkaker.
Krumkakene må rulles rundt pinnen mens baksten er varm. Krumkakene kan også
formes over en kopp, for så å kunne serveres med noe godt oppi.
OPPSKRIFT PÅ GODE KRUMKAKER:
Ca. 14 stk.
2 egg som veies
Vei opp tilsvarende mengde hvetemel, sukker og flytende margarin/temperert
smør.
(Om eggene veier 125g, vei opp 125g hvetemel, 125g sukker, og 125g smør)
1ss vann per egg
1ts kardemomme
Pisk eggedosis av egg og sukker.
Tilsett smeltet smør, mel, kardemomme og vann, og rør sammen.
Synes man røren blir veldig tykk, så kan man ta oppi litt mer vann.
Legg 1 toppet spiseskje røre i jernet.
RENGJØRING
Trekk alltid ut støpselet før eventuell rengjøring, og la apparatet kjøle seg
ned.
Ikke senk apparatet i vann, og hold det ikke under rennende vann.
Tørk av jernets overflate med en lett fuktet klut.
Rengjør stekeplatene etter at de har kjølt seg ned med tørkepapir eller
annen egnet klut.
Bruk aldri skarpe eller spisse gjenstander eller noen skurepulver til
rengjøringsformål.
SENK ALDRI APPARATET I VANN ELLER I ANNEN VÆSKE.
