Efterbehandling af overade

Det er ikke nødvendigt at efterbehandle brændeovnens overader, men skulle den have fået

skader på lakken, kan du udbedre dem med en speciel Senothermspray, som kan købes hos

din brændeovnsforhandler.

Skorstensfejning

For at forebygge risiko for skorstensbrand skal skorstenen renses årligt. Røgrør og røgkam-

meret over røglederpladen af stål skal renses samtidig med skorstenen. Såfremt skorstenens

højde umuliggør rensning oppefra, skal der monteres en renselem.

Serviceeftersyn

WIKING anbefaler et grundigt servicetjek hvert andet år, for at din brændeovn kan holde i

mange år. Serviceeftersynet skal gennemføres af en kvaliceret montør, og der bør kun an-

vendes originale reservedele.

Et serviceeftersyn omfatter bl.a.

• Grundig rengøring af brændeovnen.

• Justering af håndtag/låge.

• Smøring af hængsler med kobberfedt.

• Kontrol af varmeisolerende plader (vermiculitesættet)

• Kontrol af spjældet under lågen.

• Kontrol af pakninger samt udskiftning af slidte dele.
