Using the Air Damper
To achieve good combustion, which results in better heating efciency, it
is important to add the right amount of air to the re. Air is regulated with
a user-friendly, one-lever system that is located under the stove door; see
Figure 2. The lever has a range of 20 mm, and in the table below you can
see the effect on air ow in relation to the position of the lever.

Pushed all the way in. Primary air to the stove is set
to its lowest setting.
This setting must only be used
when the wood-burning stove
is completely shut off, such as
during cleaning.
The lever is pulled out
1-10 mm towards
yourself.
Combustion air and pane-

can be regulated by pulling
the lever 1-10 mm towards
yourself.
This setting is only to be used
when the wood has completely
caught re, and when you want
the best use of the wood.

can be regulated.

when lighting a cold stove and
ring new wood.
