Als het hoortoestel niet werkt

Op de volgende pagina’s vindt u enkele adviezen die u

kunt opvolgen als het hoortoestel onverhoopt niet

werkt. Probeer m.b.v. deze adviezen het probleem op

te lossen voordat u naar de audicien gaat.

Als het hoortoestel niet werkt, dan kan dat zijn

omdat:

• het toestel niet is ingeschakeld. Controleer of de batte-

rij correct in de lade ligt en of het deksel van de bat-

terijlade goed is gesloten.

• de batterij leeg is. Vervang de batterij. Zorg ervoor dat

de batterij correct in de lade wordt gelegd en dat de

batterijlade goed wordt gesloten.

• de telefoonuitgang verstopt is. Verstopping van de te-

lefoonuitgang wordt meestal veroorzaakt door oor-

smeer. Maak de directe omgeving van de geluidsuit-

gang schoon met het kleine borsteltje of het doekje

(zie pag. 24). Blijft de geluidsuitgang geblokkeerd

vervang dan het oorsmeerfilter. Kunt u de geluidsuit-

gang niet geheel schoonmaken neem dan contact

op met uw audicien. Steek nooit een scherp of pun-

tig voorwerp in de telefoonuitgang. Hierdoor kan

het luidsprekertje van het toestel worden bescha-

digd.
