Fehlersuche und -behebung
Hier finden Sie einige Tipps für den Fall, dass Ihr Hör-
system nicht korrekt funktioniert. Bevor Sie sich an
Ihren Hörgeräte-Akustiker wenden, überprüfen Sie
bitte zunächst Folgendes:
Was ist, wenn das Hörsystem schweigt?
• Das Hörsystem ist nicht eingeschaltet. Kontrollieren
Sie, dass das Batteriefach komplett zu (ganz nach
oben geschoben) und die Aufschrift „OFF“ nicht
sichtbar ist.
• Die Batterie ist verbraucht / nicht funktionsfähig. Set-
zen Sie eine neue Batterie ein.
• Der Schallkanal des Ohrpassstücks ist verstopft. Reini-
gen Sie den verstopften Schallkanal (siehe Seite 26).
Was ist, wenn das Hörsystem zu leise ist?
• Die Batterie ist fast verbraucht. Setzen Sie eine neue
Batterie ein.
• Der Schallkanal des Ohrpassstücks ist verstopft. Reini-
gen Sie den verstopften Schallkanal (siehe Seite 26).
• Der Gehörgang ist durch Ohrenschmalz (Cerumen) ver-
stopft. Suchen Sie Ihren Hausarzt/HNO-Arzt auf.
• Ihr Hörvermögen hat sich verändert. Suchen Sie Ihren
Hörgeräte-Akustiker auf.
Was ist, wenn das Hörsystem dauernd pfeift?
• Der Gehörgang ist durch Ohrenschmalz (Cerumen) ver-
stopft. Suchen Sie Ihren Hausarzt/HNO-Arzt auf.
• Der Schallschlauch ist gelblich, unflexibel oder undicht.
Wechseln Sie den Schlauch.
• Der Schallschlauch löst sich häufig vom Ohrpassstück
oder vom Hörwinkel. Wechseln Sie den Schlauch.
• Der Hörwinkel ist beschädigt. Suchen Sie Ihren Hörge-
räte-Akustiker auf.
• Das Ohrpassstück sitzt nicht richtig im Ohr. Nehmen
Sie das Ohrpassstück aus dem Ohr und setzen Sie es
erneut ein.
• Das Ohrpassstück sitzt zu locker. Suchen Sie Ihren Hör-
geräte-Akustiker auf.
Was ist, wenn das Hörsystem aussetzt?
• Der Ein-/Ausschalter ist verschmutzt. Schalten Sie den
Schalter einige Male ein und aus (siehe Seite 12).
