- Some parts of the appliance have been lightly
greased. Consequently, the rst time the appliance
is used a light smoke may be detected. After a
short time, this smoke will disappear.
- To eliminate the smell given off by the appliance
when used for the rst time, it is recommended
to have it on at full power for 2 hours in a well-
ventilated room.
- Prepare the appliance according to the function
you wish to use:
Use:
- Unroll the cable completely before plugging it in.
- Connect the appliance to the mains.
- Select the appliance function desired.
- Turn the thermostat control to the desired
temperature position.
- Leave to heat up for 10 Minutes.
- During the appliance’s use the pilot light (F)
will come on and off automatically, indicating
the heating elements are working, and therefore
maintaining the desired temperature.
- In order to minimize the generation of acrilamida
during the cooking process, avoid reaching dark
brown colours on the foodstuffs.
- When the food is to your taste, remove it from
the appliance with the help of a wooden spatula
or similar heat resistant implement; do not use
utensils that could damage the non-stick coating.
- After the selected time the appliance will switch
off automatically.
- To stop the appliance manually once cooking put
the timer selector at 0 positions.
- Always use the rod to remove the plate or the
grill from the oven once it’s still hot.
- Turn off the entire appliance selector.
How to bake:
- Place the removable rack into the desired
position.
- Place the bake pan (with the food ready to be
baked) on the wire rack.
- Shut the oven door
- Turn the timer dial to the desired cooking time.
- Turn the control knob to use the top heating with
convection
- Turn the thermostat dial to the desired
temperature
- After selected time, the appliance will switch off
automatically
How to broil:
- Insert the removable wire rack with food and the
all purpose pan.
- Keep the door half open
-Turn the thermostat dial to the desired broiling
time.
- After the selected time, the appliance will switch
off automatically.
How to roast:
- Set the temperature control to 230ºC
- Turn the control knob to use the top &bottom
heating.
- Place the food to be roasted on the back rack.
- Turn the timer control to the desired position. Bell
will ring to signal the end of the roast cycle.
- After the selected time, the appliance will switch
off automatically.
Rotisserie Function
e.g., to roast a chicken:
- Do not preheat the oven.
- Position the rst buttery bolt on the skewer and
x it in place using a screwdriver. Stick the spit
through the middle of the chicken then position
the second buttery screw on the spit and x it in
place using a screwdriver.
- Place the frying pan below.
- Insert the spit by inserting the right end rst then
sliding it in to insert the left end.
- Start the spit turning by selecting the desired
cooking mode and cooking time.
- Set the thermostat to the desired temperature
(recommended temperature for a roast chicken:
210°C). If the appliance gives off excessive smoke
during cooking, lower the temperature.
- When cooking is nished, turn the thermostat
and the timer back to 0.
- Remove the spit using the special handle,
taking the necessary precautions to avoid possible
burns: position the handle in the grooves.
- Gently lift the spit, sliding it to the right to release
it and then take the skewer out completely.
CONVECTION
- This oven is equipped with an internal fan.
- This function, called convection cooking, allows
the heat to be better distributed inside the oven.
We recommend using this function for:
- Cooking and reheating two different dishes
at the same time without mixing the avours.
- cooking food more uniformly and make food
more crunchy and uffy.
- cooking food more quickly
- To use the Convection:
- Turn the convection selector on by setting
the mode dial to the correct position
