cortar as batatas em rodelas de 4 mm de espessura.
Encha o recipiente com aproximadamente metade
das batatas cortadas e cubra com metade do queijo
ralado. Adicione as restantes batatas. Misture os ovos,
o leite, as natas e o sal com uma batedeira e coloque
sobre as batatas. Por fim, espalhe o queijo restante
uniformemente sobre o gratinado.
