PROBLEEMOPLOSSING

Als u contact opneemt met de After-
salesdienst, dient u de codes door te
geven die op het typeplaatje staan. Het
plaatje bevindt zich links of rechts op de
binnenkant van de deur van de
vaatwasser. Het telefoonnummer staat in
de garantiebrochure of op de website:

Uw vaatwasser werkt niet correct.
Raadpleeg de volgende lijst op oplossingen voordat u contact met het servicecentrum opneemt.
PROBLEMEN MOGELIJKE OORZAKEN OPLOSSINGEN
De vaatwasser start
niet or reageert
niet op com-
mando's.
De stekker van het apparaat is niet juist
geplaatst.
Doe de stekker in het stopcontact.
Stroomonderbreking. De vaatwasser start automatisch wanneer de stroomvoorziening weer
werkt.
De deur van de vaatwasser is niet geslo-
ten.
Druk de deur stevig aan tot waarneming van de 'klik'.
Reageert niet op commando's. Schakel het apparaat uit door te drukken op de ON/OFF-knop, en schakel na
ongeveer één minuut weer aan om het programma opnieuw in te stellen.
De vaatwasser lekt
niet uit.
De afwascyclus is nog niet voltooid. Wacht tot de afwascyclus is voltooid.
De afvoerslang is gebogen. Controleer of de afvoerslang niet is verbogen (raadpleeg AANWIJZINGEN
VOOR INSTALLATIE).
De afvoerleiding van de gootsteen is verstopt.
Reinig de afvoerleiding van de gootsteen.
Het filter zit verstopt met voedselresten. Reinig het filter (zie DE FILTERMONTAGE REINIGEN).
De vaatwasser
maakt te veel
geluid.
De vaat maakt een rammelend geluid. Plaats de vaat correct (zie DE REKKEN LADEN).
Er wordt overmatig schuim geprodu-
ceerd.
Het afwasmiddel is niet juist afgemeten of ongeschikt voor gebruik in
vaatwassers (see VULLEN VAN DE AFWASMIDDELVERDELER). Stel de vaat-
wasser opnieuw in door te drukken op de knop DRAIN (see OPTIONS AND
FUNCTIONS) en voer het nieuwe programma zonder afwasmiddel uit.
De vaat is niet
schoon.
De vaat is niet juist geplaatst. Plaats de vaat correct (zie DE REKKEN LADEN).
De sproeiarmen kunnen niet vrij noteren
en worden door de vaat gehinderd.
Plaats de vaat correct (zie DE REKKEN LADEN).
De afwascyclus is te zacht. Selecteer een geschikte afwascyclus (see PROGRAMS TABLE).
Er wordt overmatig schuim geprodu-
ceerd.
Het afwasmiddel is niet juist afgemeten of ongeschikt voor gebruik in
vaatwassers (see VULLEN VAN DE AFWASMIDDELVERDELER).
De dop op het spoelmiddeldeel is niet
juist dicht gedraaid.
Zorg dat de dop van de verdeler van het spoelmiddel dicht zit.
Het filter is vervuild of zit verstopt. Reinig de filtermontage (zie ONDERHOUD).
Er is geen zout. Vul de zouttank (see VULLEN VAN DE ZOUTTANK).

  • Where is the start button on this machine? The manual says select the programme with the P button and then press start/pause button but I cannot see a start/pause button on this machine just an on/off switch? Submitted on 1-4-2017 at 16:22
