Antes de llamar al Servicio de Asistencia
Posventa:
Vuelva a poner en marcha el aparato para
comprobar si se ha resuelto el fallo. Si el resultado
es negativo, desenchufe el aparato y repita la
operación al cabo de una hora.Si el problema
persiste después de efectuar los controles descritos
en la Guía para la solución de problemas y encender
nuevamente el aparato, póngase en contacto con el
Servicio de Asistencia Técnica.
Deberá indicar:
• el modelo y el número de serie del aparato
(indicado en la placa del número de serie),
• la naturaleza del problema,
• el número de servicio (número que aparece
después de la palabra SERVICE, en la placa de
características situada en el interior del aparato),
• su dirección completa,
• su número y prefijo telefónico.
Atención:
Se puede modificar la dirección de apertura de la
puerta. Si esta operación la realiza el Servicio de
Asistencia Posventa, no se considera una
intervención en garantía.
