Cómoprepararuncaféespressousandola

Tras precalentar el aparato tal y como se
describe arriba, coloque el ltro de café
molido en la sujeción del ltro, asegurándose
de que la proyección está bien colocada en la
ranura. Use el ltros pequeño para hacer
un cay el más grande para hacer dos.
Para hacer un solo café, coloque en el ltro
una medida de un nivel (unos 7 g) de café
molido. Para preparar dos cafés, coloque en
el ltro dos medidas holgadas (unos 6 + 6 g)
de camolido.
Llene el ltro poco a poco para evitar que se
salga el camolido.
IMPORTANTE:para un funcionamiento
correcto, antes de añadir el camolido a la
sujeción delltro, limpie los residuos de ca
molido que pueda haber en el ltro.
Distribuya el camolido de manera uniforme
y presione ligeramente con el prensador.
Nota: Es fundamental prensar bien el ca
molido para obtener un buen espresso.
Si se prensa demasiado, el café saldrá
lentamente y la espuma será oscura.
Si no se prensa lo suciente, el casaldrá
demasiado rápido y la espuma será escasa
y tendrá un color claro.
Quite el exceso de café que quede en el
borde de la sujeción del ltro y coloque la
sujeción en el aparato.
Gire con rmeza para evitar pérdidas de
agua. Coloque la taza bajo las salidas de
café de la sujeción del ltro.
Se recomienda calentar las tazas antes de
hacer el café aclarándolas con un poco de
agua caliente.
