Gire el mando de vapor al menos media
vuelta hacia la izquierda.
El aparato para hacer cappuccino emite
vapor, dando a la leche una apariencia
cremosa y espumosa. Para obtener una
espumas cremosa, sumerja el aparato
para hacer cappuccino en la leche y gire el
contenedor con movimientos lentos de bajo
arriba.
Cuando se alcance la temperatura necesaria
(60°C is lo ideal), interrumpa la emisión de
vapor girando el mando de vapor en sentido
horario y, al mismo tiempo, pulsando el botón
del vapor.
Vierta la leche espumosa en las tazas que
contienen
el caespresso previamente preparado.
El cappuccino ya está listo.ada azúcar al
gusto y, si lo desea, espolvoree un poco de
cacao en polvo sobre la espuma.
Nota:Para preparar más de un cappuccino,
haga primero todos los cafés y, al nal,
prepare la leche espumosa para todos los
cappuccinos.
Nota:Para volver a hacer cauna vez
hecha la leche espumosa, enfríe el calentador
primero o el café se quemará. Para enfriarlo,
coloque un contenedor bajo la salida del
calentador, pulse el botón del vapor y deje
salir agua hasta que se apague el piloto OK.
Haga el café tal y como se describe en los
párrafos anteriores.
IMPORTANTE:limpie siempre el aparato
para hacer cappuccino después de usarlo.
Para ello:
Descargue un poco de vapor durante unos
pocos segundos girando el mando de vapor.
Esto vacía la leche que queda dentro de la
salida de vapor.
IMPORTANTE:Para garantizar la higiene, le
recomendamos que siga este procedimiento
cada vez que haga cappuccinos, evitando
así que la leche quede atrapada dentro del
circuito.
Con una mano, sujete rmemente el tubo
del cappuccino y con la otra desenrosque el
aparato para hacer cappuccino girándolo en
sentido horario y sacándolo hacia abajo.
Quite el inyector del tubo de vapor tirando de
él hacia abajo.
