150 ml yogurt. Breng op smaak met zwarte pe-
per en nootmuskaat.

Maak deeg van 150 ml water, 15 g verse gist, 200
- 225 g bloem, zout en olie. Laat dit rijzen. Rol
het deeg uit op een ingevette crispplaat en prik
het in. Voeg toppings als tomaten, mozzarella,
kaas en ham toe. Als de oven is voorverwarmd,
plaats dan crispplaat in de magnetron op het
onderste rooster.

Smelt 50 g boter in de pan, meng daar 900 ml
melk, 50 g bloem, nootmuskaat en zout door-
heen,gebruik gemiddelde energie om het
mengsel al roerend te koken; stop als de becha-
mel dik wordt. Bereid 400 g rundergehakt, 40 g
gehakte uien, 100 g gesneden wortels, 40 g ge-
hakte selderij, 30 g tomatenconcentraat, 40 g
water, 4 eetlepels extra virgin olijfolie, 80 g ge-
raspte Parmigiano Reggiano-kaas, zout en pe-
per. Leg een blad lasagnadeeg op de bodem
van de container,bedek dit met 100 g bechamel,
daarna 200 g vleesmengsel. Herhaal dit 3 maal.
Dek af met 100 g bechamel op de bovenste laag
Lasagnadeeg en 100 g mozzarella-kaas of be-
reid uw eigen favoriete recept.
