Maak deeg van 150 ml water, 15 g verse gist,
200 - 225 g bloem, zout en olie. Laat dit rijzen.
Rol het deeg uit op een ingevette crispplaat
en prik het in. Voeg topping toe zoals tomaten,
mozzarella en ham. Als de oven is voorver-
warmd, plaats dan de magnetron- en ovenvei-
lige schotel in de magnetron op het onderste
rooster.

Smelt 50 g boter in de pan, meng daar 900
ml melk, 50 g bloem, nootmuskaat en zout
doorheen, gebruik gemiddelde energie om
het mengsel al roerend te koken; stop als de
bechamel dik wordt. Bereid 400 g runderge-
hakt, 40 g gehakte uien, 100 g gesneden wor-
tels, 40 g gehakte selderij, 30 g tomatencon-
centraat, 40 g water, 4 eetlepels extra virgin
olijfolie, 80 g geraspte Parmigiano Reggia-
no-kaas, zout en peper. Leg een blad lasag-
nadeeg op de bodem van de container, bedek
dit met 100 g bechamel, daarna 200 g vlees-
mengsel. Herhaal dit 3 maal. Dek af met 100 g
bechamel op de bovenste laag Lasagnadeeg
en 100 g mozzarella-kaas of bereid uw eigen
favoriete recept.

Plaats 1 tot 3 porties pasta op de onderkant
(basis) van de stoompan, ervan uitgaand dat
elke portie overeenkomt met 70 g. Voeg water
toe tot het geschikte niveau dat binnenin de
stoompan, onder de tekst “Pasta + water” (1 =
1 portie, 2 = 2 porties enz.).
Deksel met stoompandeksel. Gebruik het mid-
delste rooster van de stoompan niet.
Selecteer het aantal te bereiden porties zo-
als gevraagd op het display (L1 = 1 portie, L2
= 2 porties enz.). Selecteer de bereidingstijd
handmatig volgens de verpakking.
