Servicio técnico
Antes de llamar al servicio técnico:

2. Apague el aparato y vuelva a encenderlo para comprobar si se ha solucionado el
problema.
Si el fallo persiste después de estas comprobaciones, póngase en contacto con el servicio
técnico de IKEA.
Indique lo siguiente:
- tipo de fallo;
- tipo y modelo exactos del aparato;
- el número para servicio técnico (aparece después de la
palabra “Service” en la placa de características) situada en
el borde interior de la cavidad del horno (se ve al abrir la
puerta).

- su número de teléfono.
Si fuera necesario efectuar reparaciones, póngase en contacto con el servicio técnico de
IKEA (para garantizar que
se utilizarán piezas de repuesto originales y de forma correcta).
