Doe de boter in een schaal, dek af en verwarm gedurende één
minuut op 750W.
Roer de bloem door de boter, giet de melk erbij en meng goed.
Verwarm zonder deksel gedurende 4-7 minuten op 750W. Voeg
het zout en de nootmuskaat toe en klop goed met een garde tot
de gewenste dikte is bereikt.
Variatietip:
Vervang de melk eens door vlees-, groente- of visbouillon voor
sauzen die bij vlees- of visgerechten worden geserveerd. Voeg
eens twee eetlepels slagroom toe aan de saus.
Bechamelsaus
4 personen | 5 - 8 min
Pel de ui en snipper deze.
Doe hem in een schaal met de olie, dek af en verwarm op 500W
gedurende 2 minuten.
Voeg het gehakt toe, dek af en verwarm gedurende 2 minuten
op 750W.
Voeg de tomaten in stukjes toe met de helft van het sap, het
bouillonblokje en het zout. Roer het geheel door, dek de schaal af
en verwarm gedurende 6-8 minuten op 500W.
Roer tijdens het koken af en toe. Als de saus aan het eind van de
bereidingstijd te dun is, verwijder dan het deksel en verwarm tot
de saus de gewenste dikte heeft.
Variatietip:
Naar wens kunt u jngesneden wortel, bleekselderij en ui aan
de saus toevoegen. Indien nodig kan de bereidingstijd verlengd
worden.
