400g varkensvlees, in
blokjes
1-2 uien
2-3 paprika's
(verschillende kleuren)
2-3 eetlepels olie
1 eetlepel
aardappelzetmeel
2 eetlepels water
2 eetlepels slagroom +
een scheutje melk
zout
peper
Pel de uien en snijd ze in ringen, verwijder de zaadlijsten uit de
paprika's en snijd deze in smalle repen. Doe het vlees, de ui en de
olie in een magnetronbestendige stoofpan en roer goed door.
Dek af en verwarm gedurende 10 minuten op 750 W.
Voeg de paprika's toe, roer, dek af en kook nog eens
8-10 minuten op 500W. Verlaag het vermogen als het mengsel te
hard bubbelt.
Meng het zetmeel met het water en giet over het vlees, dek af en
verwarm nog eens 2 minuten op 750W.
Verdun de slagroom met wat melk, giet in de stoofpan, roer, dek
af en laat
5-10 minuten staan alvorens te serveren.
Varkensvlees met ui en paprika
Snijd de knoook, ui, kappertjes en ansjovis in olie jn. Doe ze in
een magnetronbestendige schaal en voeg olie en twee eetlepels
water toe. Dek af en verwarm gedurende 4-5 minuten op 750 W.
Voeg de kabeljauw toe, kook zonder deksel gedurende 3
minuten op 750W. Draai de vis om, voeg de wijn toe en laat 3
minuten verdampen op 750W.
Giet de tomaten erbij. Voeg de olijven toe en een snue zout en
peper.
Dek af, verlaag het vermogen naar 500W en verwarm gedurende
nog eens 7-8 minuten. Bestrooi met peterselie alvorens te
serveren.

2 theelepels kappertjes
zwarte olijven
2 eetlepels olie
50 ml droge witte wijn
2 eetlepels water
3 ontvelde tomaten
verse peterselie
zout en peper
Kabeljauw met olijven
20 - 22 min
