400 g de porc coupé en dés
1-2 oignons
2-3 poivrons (utilisez des
poivrons de diérentes
couleurs)
2-3 cuillères. à soupe d'huile
1 cuillère à soupe de fécule
de pomme de terre
2 cuillères à soupe d'eau
2 cuillères à soupe de crème
+ un soupçon de lait

Poivre
Peler et émincer les oignons, épépiner les piments et les couper
en nes lamelles. Mettre la viande, l'oignon et l'huile dans un plat
allant au micro-ondes et remuer soigneusement. Couvrir et faire
cuire 10 minutes à 750 W.
Ajouter les poivrons, remuer, couvrir et laisser cuire 8-10 minutes
à 500 W. Diminuer la puissance si le mélange bout trop.
Délayer la fécule dans l'eau et verser ce mélange sur la viande,
couvrir et laisser cuire 2 minutes à 750 W.
Diluer légèrement la crème avec un soupçon de lait, la verser
dans le plat, remuer, couvrir et laisser reposer
5-10 minutes avant de servir.
Porc aux oignons et aux poivrons
Émincer nement l'ail, l'oignon, les câpres et les anchois à l'huile.
Les placer dans un plat à micro-ondes, ajouter de l'huile et deux
cuillères à soupe d'eau. Couvrir et faire cuire 4-5 minutes à 750 W.
Ajouter le cabillaud, le cuire sans couvercle pendant 3 minutes à
750 W. Retourner le poisson, ajouter le vin et le laisser s'évaporer
3 minutes à 750 W.
Verser les tomates. Ajouter les olives, une pincée de sel et de
poivre.
Couvrir, diminuer la puissance à 500 W et poursuivre la cuisson
pendant 7-8 minutes. Parsemer de persil avant de servir.

2 gousses d'ail
4 anchois à l'huile
2 cuillères à thé de câpres,
olives noires
2 cuillères à soupe d'huile
50 ml de vin blanc sec
2 cuillères à soupe d'eau
3 tomates pelées
persil frais
sel et poivre
Cabillaud aux olives
20 - 22 min
Pour 4 personnes | 17 - 19 min.
