LASANHA
PARA 4-6 PESSOAS
FUNÇÃO: MICROONDAS, CONVECÇÃO+MICROONDAS
PREPARAÇÃO: 1 HORA
TEMPO DE COZEDURA: 23-25 MIN
INGREDIENTES
PARA O MOLHO DA CARNE:
500 g de carne de vaca picada
1 cebola média, de 100-125 g, cortada em fatias
nas
1 dente de alho, triturado
15 g de manteiga (1 colher de sopa)
2 colheres de sopa de óleo
500 g de tomate em lata
1 cubo e meio de caldo de carne de vaca + 100ml
(1 dl) de água
sal, pimenta, especiarias
PARA O MOLHO BRANCO:
50 g de manteiga
40 g de farinha (3/4 dl)
600 ml de leite (6 dl)
sal
noz-moscada
300 g de folhas de lasanha
40-50 g de queijo parmesão ralado
aprox. 30 g (2 colheres de sopa) de manteiga,
em fl ocos
100 g de mozzarella, ralado em pedaços grossos
Frite a carne com a cebola e o alho em manteiga e óleo até 1.
aloirar.
Adicione os tomates e os cubos de caldo ralados + água e 2.
especiarias e deixe ferver em lume brando durante cerca de
1 hora ou enquanto prepara o molho branco.
Coloque a manteiga para o molho branco num recipiente 3.
adequado para fornos microondas. Derreta durante 1 - 1,5
minutos a 350 W. Adicione a farinha e o leite.
Cozinhe a 750 W durante 6-7 minutos até fi car espessa, 4.
mexendo a cada dois minutos para evitar que o molho adira
ao fundo do recipiente. Tempere com sal e noz-moscada.
Se utilizar folhas de lasanha que necessitem de uma pré-5.
cozedura, coza ligeiramente 3 ou 4 folhas de lasanha de
cada vez em água salgada a ferver. Escoe as folhas, estique-
as sobre um pano limpo e bata ligeiramente até secarem.
Se utilizar folhas pré-cozinhadas ou frescas, ignore esta
etapa.
Unte um recipiente adequado para fornos microondas 6.
rectangular (30 x 20 cm), espalhe uma camada de molho
de carne no fundo, tape com uma camada de lasanha, uma
camada de molho branco e algum queijo mozzarella.
Repita estas camadas até utilizar todas as folhas de lasanha 7.
e o molho, e cubra com queijo parmesão e fl ocos de
manteiga.
Coloque o recipiente na grelha metálica inferior e cozinhe 8.
na função Convecção a 200-210°C + microondas a 160 W
durante 23-25 minutos.
