Misture a levedura na água, a qual deve estar quente (37°C). 1.
Deite a farinha numa tigela e adicione a levedura misturada,
o azeite e o sal. Mexa bem e, depois, trabalhe a massa
formando uma bola suave e elástica. Tape a massa e deixe-a
levedar num local quente durante cerca de 2 horas.
Unte ligeiramente o prato Crisp com azeite.2.
Estenda a massa com as mãos até ela ocupar todo o prato 3.
Crisp e, depois, pique-a com um garfo.
Escorra e pique o tomate enlatado e espalhe-o uniformemente 4.

orégãos, o sal e o fi o de azeite.
Coza a pizza durante 14-15 minutos com a função Crisp; para 5.
