LASAÑA
PARA 4 - 6 PERSONAS
FUNCIÓN: MICROONDAS + HORNO
TIEMPO: 1 HORA
DURACIÓN DE LA COCCIÓN: 23-25-MINUTOS
INGREDIENTES
PARA LA SALSA DE CARNE:
500 g de carne de ternera picada
Media cebolla fi namente picada, 100-125 g
1 diente de ajo aplastado
15 g de mantequilla (1 cucharada)
2 cucharadas de aceite
500 g de tomates en lata
1 ½ cubitos de caldo de carne de vaca + 100ml
(1 dl) de agua
sal, pimienta, hierbas aromáticas
PARA LA BECHAMEL:
50 g de mantequilla
40 g de harina (3/4 dl)
600 ml de leche (6 dl)
sal
nuez moscada
300 g de hojas de lasaña
40-50 g de queso parmesano rallado
aprox. 30 g (2 cucharadas) de mantequilla,
en lascas
100 g de mozzarella, toscamente rallada
Fría la carne con la cebolla y el ajo en mantequilla y aceite 1.
hasta que se doren.
Añada los tomates y los cubos de caldo desmenuzados + 2.
el agua y las especias, y hierva a fuego lento durante una
hora, más o menos, o mientras prepara la bechamel.
Coloque la mantequilla para la bechamel en un recipiente 3.
apto para microondas. Derrítala durante 1-1 ½ minutos a
350W. Añada la harina y la leche.
Cueza a 750W durante 6-7 minutos hasta que espese, 4.
removiendo cada dos minutos para evitar que la salsa se
pegue en el fondo. Sazone con sal y nuez moscada.
Si utiliza láminas de lasaña que requieren ser ablandadas antes,

dé un hervor a 3 o 4 láminas de lasaña de una en una, en agua
salada hirviendo. Escúrralas, extiéndalas sobre unos paños de
cocina limpios y deje que se sequen un poco. Si utiliza láminas
precocinadas o frescas, vaya al punto siguiente.
Unte con mantequilla una fuente rectangular apta para 6.
horno y microondas (30 x 20 cm), extienda una capa de
salsa de carne en el fondo, cubra con una capa de láminas
de lasaña, una capa de bechamel y un poco de mozzarella.
Repita las capas hasta terminar todas las láminas de

lasaña y la salsa, cubra con queso parmesano y lascas de
mantequilla.
Coloque la fuente en la rejilla metálica inferior, en Función 8.
Horno a 200-210°C + microondas a 160W durante 23-25
minutos.
