My microwave whirlpool-AMW-503-ix does not heat up anymore. It shows an ERR 5 so what is the issue and how can it be repaired ?

This problem seem to be only on the microwave side, oven seem to be working fine. When setting for microwave to heat it runs for 5 seconds and then stops showing error 5. Possibly the magnetron faulty. 2 M236 M62.? or motherboard?

hi i have a whirlpool microwave whirlpool-amw-503-ix its come on and when i want to heat something it works for a few seconds and then an ERR 5 comes on screen and stops i have to restart and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt any idea what is the issue and how can i repair ?
