Montez le sucre avec les œufs. Mélangez les deux
farines avec la levure et le sel.
Ajoutez le mélange de farine aux œufs, le yaourt,
l’huile, le jus et l’écorce d’orange râpée. Incorporez les
ingrédients en veillant à bien amalgamer le mélange.
Beurrez et farinez un moule à gâteaux et versez-y le
mélange.
Enfournez.
