We have two AKZ 431/01, one of them have beeen in use a coup : 1249

We have two AKZ 431/01, one of them have beeen in use a couple of years and works perfectly.
The other one however was installed now and after a few minutes it turns black and the electricity is beeing cut off.
What can we do to solve the problem?
We are in a cabin on an island in Norway, and we certainly need help!
