Leccarda (Fig. 1)
Da usare, posizionata sotto la griglia, per raccogliere grasso e pezzi di cibo o come piastra per cuocere carne, pollo e pesce ecc. con e senza verdure. Per evitare schizzi
di grasso e fumo, versare un po’ d’acqua nella leccarda.
Piastra per dolci (Fig. 2)
Da usare per la cottura di biscotti, torte, pizze.
Griglia (Fig. 3)
Da usare per la cottura dei cibi o come supporto per pentole, tortiere ed altri recipienti di cottura. Può essere posizionata su qualsiasi livello disponibile. La griglia può
essere inserita con curvatura verso l’alto o verso il basso.
Pannelli catalitici laterali (Fig. 4)
Questi pannelli sono ricoperti da uno speciale smalto microporoso che assorbe gli schizzi di grasso. Suggeriamo, dopo cotture particolarmente grasse, di effettuare un
ciclo di autopulizia (vedere PULIZIA).
Girarrosto (Fig. 5)
Usare il girarrosto come indicato Fig. 9. Fare riferimento anche al capitolo “Consigli d’utilizzo e suggerimenti”.
Kit “Grill Pan Set” (Fig. 6)
Il kit comprende una griglia (6a) e un recipiente smaltato (6b). Da collocare sulla griglia (3) e utilizzare con la funzione Grill.
Filtro grassi (Fig. 7)
Da usare solo per cotture particolarmente grasse. Agganciarlo sulla paratia posteriore della cavità, davanti alla ventola. Può essere lavato in lavastoviglie e non deve
essere utilizzato con la funzione Ventola.
Guide scorrevoli (Fig. 8)
Agevolano l’intervento manuale durante la cottura permettendo la semi-estrazione delle griglie e delle leccarde. Sono adatte a tutti gli accessori e lavabili in
